Do I need to be home?+
No. As long as your bins are out where we can reach them, you never need to be home.
When do you clean the bins?+
We clean on your regular collection day, after the truck has emptied your bins.
What happens if my trash collection is delayed?+
We follow your actual pickup. If collection slips, we move your cleaning to match and let you know.
Do you clean recycling bins?+
Yes. Trash and recycling bins are both washed, cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized.
Do you need water at my home?+
Yes. We need an accessible outdoor water spigot at your home on the day of service.
What areas do you service?+
We're starting in select Orlando neighborhoods around ZIP 32812. Outside that area you can join the waitlist and we'll reach out as we expand.
Do you offer recurring service?+
Yes. When you book you can choose One-Time, Monthly, or Quarterly service. Recurring service reserves your future cleanings on your schedule. You pay after each completed cleaning — there is no automatic recurring charge — and you can cancel recurring service at any time.
